- Overage charged at $165/hr + GST. 30-minute minimum. Business hours (Mon–Fri 9–5 AEST excluding QLD public holidays).
- 5-user minimum on Tier 1.
- Multi-entity bundle: 5% off pooled retainer.
- Annual prepay: 5% off.
